This is a cupping only session. The goal of cupping is to improve circulation, promote healing, and alleviate pain by using glass or plastic cups and placing them on specific areas of the body. Cupping can be used to address acute or chronic inflammation. Cupping achieves this by expanding the capillaries to increase the amount of fluid moving through the muscle tissue.
